We are doing business as Vrixhub. Our legal business name is Captevrix DBA Vrixhub. This relationship is disclosed on our website, forms, and customer communications.
SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description: This messaging program sends text messages to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications from Captevrix DBA Vrixhub. Messages may include appointment reminders, order updates, and service notifications, as well as marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates when you separately opt in to marketing texts. Web forms with dedicated checkboxes for SMS consent. Marketing and non-marketing consent use separate checkboxes that are never pre-selected. You may submit a form without selecting SMS consent, even when a phone number is required.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (850) 788-2307. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to admin@vrixhub.com or call (850) 788-2307 during business hours.
4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Varies. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

Use your legal business name (Captevrix) in live forms. Checkboxes must be separate for marketing vs. non-marketing, must not be pre-selected, and must remain optional even when a phone number is required.
Marketing (optional, not pre-selected):

Campaign descriptions and checkbox wording must describe the same message types (for example, if you mention appointment reminders in your campaign, your non-marketing checkbox must reference appointment reminders).
